Yes, you have the right to return. As long as you do not damage the product and send it back in its original packaging, you have the right to return the product within 14 days.
You should check for damage when receiving your order. In particular, if you encounter any cracks, scratches or crushing anywhere on the tray, you should have the delivery person draw up a damage report. We directly perform replacements for products for which a damage report is drawn up. In cases where a report is not drawn up, our company has discretion and we would like you to know that we try to avoid causing any inconvenience as much as possible.
You can examine our products in our showroom in Tuzla and pick them up in person if you wish. Our office section is open between 8:00-17:00 on weekdays and you can pick up your prepaid products from our warehouse until 13:00 on Saturday.

Our O-Flex model has a single motor and can carry up to 80 kg while moving. Our O-Flex Duo Model has two motors hidden in both columns and can carry up to 120 kg.
The mechanism of O-Flex operates with a noise level below 42db. There is absolutely no noise level that will interrupt your focus or disturb other people in the environment.
Our O-Flex model is delivered to the cargo in two packages, with the table and foot mechanism separate. There is no such thing as our company sending one package first and then delivering the other package to the cargo.
The Single Motor O-Flex model can move within the range of 76-120cm and has a carrying capacity of 80kg.

All of our stocks are kept with cable covers. If you do not want a cable duct, you must create a special size order and specify it in the order note.
There are guide holes on the table for the Control Panel installation, but you can mount it anywhere you want outside of those holes.
